Apart from the excellent work Joe did for me on my property on a number of occasions over the past year, he also helped me out in a significant way when I was being treated exceptionally poorly by two other businesses who were involved with my house renovations. The work provided by one business was extremely shoddy (the granite bench was incorrectly measured resulting in large gaps, and the corners of the bench did not match) with the company refusing to acknowledge or remedy the problems in response to my expressing my concerns. The second business was a large well known North Shore company who knowingly provided me with an inferior product for a large piece of work after I had paid for the ‘top of the range’ version. Without Joe’s knowledge, sense of fairness, and support, all of which were willingly provided, I do not believe I would have had a successful outcome regarding either of these experiences but rather, I would have continued to have been bullied. I can not speak more highly of Joe’s integrity.
